The LIFT Program offers you a new easy, no waiting option to make reservations for paratransit service. You must already be a certified LIFT passenger and have a LIFT ID number in order to book your trip using email.
The trip reservation must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. before the date of your desired trip. This will give ample time for review and questions back to you, the customer, if any additional information is needed.
Please do not call us regarding confirmation for trip requests made via email. You will receive a response immediately from our website indicating receipt of your request.
The LIFT Program and the web hosting service provider are not responsible for submissions that are delayed or not received due to outages within the Internet or other system failures.
This form will not allow for you to make subscription reservations. Please call the Tulsa Transit Call Center at (918) 582-2100 if you are needing re-occurring weekly trips that have the same origin and destination.

Please define the number of trips you wish to take during the day you are reserving for. For example, a one-way trip would be 1, a round-trip would be 2, but if you were going to two different appointments requiring three different pick ups you'd choose three below.
